All products offered for sale are subject to availability from our suppliers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, and stock availability reflected on our website are accurate; however, errors may occur from time to time.
If we are unable to fulfil an order due to a product being unavailable or a stock discrepancy, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible. In such circumstances, the order may be cancelled, and the customer will be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
No additional fees or penalties will be charged to the customer in the event of such a cancellation.
